How do I process a credit request?

How do I know when my return has been processed?

You can view processed returns by visiting the "Invoices" page in My Account on www.my.royalcanin.com.

Processed returns will have an invoice number of SC-xxxxxxx.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your account to be credited.

Why are photos required to process a return?

Not all products will be picked up from the Account Consultant, so this will ensure that the products being returned are documented properly for your account.  Do not donate or dispose of the food until your Account Consultant has given you the green light to do so, they will advise you on what to do with the products being returned.

By using this site to process a credit, schedule a meeting/training, or to place an order you are aware that you are authorizing Dennis Alexander access to your email, phone, and clinic information.  I do not have access to any of your payment information.  To access your account information you can log into www.my.royalcanin.com and click on "My Account" and "Make a Payment" to access invoices and payment history. 

You will need to be logged in using your clinic credentials.
